Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States aged 18 or older at time of entry. Affiliates, contractors, employees, and immediate family members of Kingdom Creatives LLC are not eligible. Registered YourLife CC affiliates (individuals with an active affiliate agreement on file) are specifically excluded from this contest. Residents of New York and Florida: This contest is not currently open to residents of New York or Florida due to state registration requirements for sweepstakes with prizes exceeding $5,000 (NY Gen. Bus. Law §369-e; FL Stat. §849.094). Void where prohibited by law. See Rule 15 for full state-by-state details.

Contest period & prize guarantee: Begins on the official launch date. The drawing will be conducted on September 1, 2026. The $5,000 prize is guaranteed by Kingdom Creatives LLC regardless of the number of signups received. If the 1,000-signup milestone is reached before September 1, 2026, the drawing will proceed as scheduled on that date. Kingdom Creatives LLC reserves the right to: (a) extend the drawing date by up to 30 days with public notice posted at yourlifecc.com/contest; or (b) award an alternate promotional prize of equal or lesser value in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control. The Sponsor will ensure that at least one prize is awarded. Prize funding is not contingent upon contest participation levels, sales volume, or referral activity. Sponsor represents that sufficient funds are reserved to award the advertised prize.

How to enter: (a) Create a free Contest Entry account at yourlifecc.com/app — no purchase or credit card required. Your referral link appears immediately in your account dashboard. (b) Refer a paying customer — each unique paid signup (monthly, annual, or lifetime plan) completed through your referral link = 1 entry. (b) Sponsor a family through the Sponsor a Family program = 5 entries per sponsored family. Entries are earned only by non-affiliates. No purchase required to enter — see Rule 5.

Free entry (no purchase necessary): Creating a free Contest Entry account at yourlifecc.com/app constitutes free entry — no credit card required. Alternatively, mail a 3x5 card with your full name, mailing address, email address, and the words "YourLife CC Contest Entry"to: Kingdom Creatives LLC, Nampa, Idaho, USA. One free entry per household per week. Must be received before the drawing date.

Prize: One (1) grand prize of $5,000 USD, paid by cashier's check made payable to the verified winner. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Because the prize value exceeds $2,000, Kingdom Creatives LLC is required by federal law to issue the winner a Form 1099-MISC and report the prize to the IRS. The winner must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 (name, address, Social Security Number or EIN) before the prize is paid. The $5,000 prize constitutes taxable income to the winner in the year received.

Drawing: Winner selected by random drawing from all eligible verified entries, conducted live on the YourLife CC Facebook page. Winner will be notified by email and phone (if provided) within 48 hours of the drawing and must respond within 7 days to claim the prize. Failure to respond within 7 days results in forfeiture and a new winner will be selected.

Winner verification — required before payment: The selected winner must complete all of the following before any prize is paid: (a) Provide a copy of a valid, government-issued photo ID (driver's license or passport) confirming identity, legal name, age of 18+, and U.S. residency. (b) Complete and return IRS Form W-9 with their legal name, address, and Social Security Number or EIN. (c) Confirm they are not a registered affiliate of Kingdom Creatives LLC. Failure to provide required documentation within 14 days of notification results in forfeiture.

Payment timeline: Cashier's check will be mailed to the verified winner's address within 45 days of the drawing date, after completion of all verification steps. The 45-day window accommodates identity verification, W-9 processing, tax review, and cashier's check issuance. Kingdom Creatives LLC will notify the winner of payment status during this period. Prize funds are reserved and secured by the Sponsor in advance of the drawing. Payment is not contingent upon contest participation levels or revenue generated during the contest period.

Entry verification: Kingdom Creatives LLC reserves the right to verify all entries prior to the drawing. Entries may be audited against Supabase registration records and Stripe payment records. Entries generated by fraudulent, automated, or bulk means will be disqualified. Self-referrals are prohibited. Verification may take up to 30 days before the drawing is conducted.

Refund impact: Entries earned from a referral or sponsorship that is subsequently refunded within 30 days of the drawing date will be removed from the entry pool before the drawing. This refund clause applies exclusively to pre-drawing entry pool integrity. Once a winner has been selected, the $5,000 prize amount is fixed and guaranteed — it will not be reduced, adjusted, or withheld regardless of any subsequent refund activity.

Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner consents to use of their first name, last initial, and general location (city/state) for promotional purposes by Kingdom Creatives LLC without additional compensation, including announcement on the YourLife CC Facebook live drawing and website.

Affiliate exclusion — detail: This contest is designed for regular users and community members, not for compensated promoters. Any individual with an active or pending affiliate agreement with Kingdom Creatives LLC at any point during the contest period is ineligible to participate or win, regardless of how their entries were generated. Kingdom Creatives LLC will cross-reference all winning entries against the affiliate roster before payment.

General conditions: Kingdom Creatives LLC reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this contest at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failure, or events outside its control. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant suspected of tampering with entry processes, engaging in fraudulent activity, or violating these rules. All decisions by Kingdom Creatives LLC are final and binding. This contest is governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Canyon County, Idaho, consistent with the Kingdom Creatives LLC Terms of Service. Void where prohibited, restricted, or taxed by law.

Florida — FL Stat. §849.094 requires registration with the FL Dept. of Agriculture & Consumer Services, a surety bond, and a trust account for prizes exceeding $5,000, filed before launch. Winners list must be submitted after drawing. Kingdom Creatives LLC has not completed this filing; FL residents are ineligible.

IRS tax reporting obligations: Kingdom Creatives LLC will fulfill all sponsor tax obligations as required by federal law. Specifically: (a) Kingdom Creatives LLC will collect a completed IRS Form W-9 from the winner prior to prize payment, confirming their legal name, mailing address, and taxpayer identification number (SSN or EIN). (b) Kingdom Creatives LLC will issue a Form 1099-MISC to the winner by January 31 of the calendar year following the year in which the prize is awarded, reporting the $5,000 prize value as income in Box 3. (c) Kingdom Creatives LLC will file a copy of the Form 1099-MISC with the IRS by February 28 of the same year. (d) The winner is solely responsible for paying any federal, state, and local income taxes owed on the prize. Kingdom Creatives LLC does not withhold taxes on the prize amount. Failure by the winner to provide a completed W-9 within 14 days of prize notification will result in forfeiture of the prize.

FTC disclosure & social media requirements: This contest is governed by the Federal Trade Commission Act and FTC Endorsement Guidelines. The following requirements apply to all participants who share this contest: (a) Material connection disclosure required: When sharing your referral link or posting about this contest on any social media platform, you must clearly disclose that you are entered in a sweepstakes and may benefit from referrals. Records retention: Kingdom Creatives LLC will retain all contest records for a minimum of four (4) years following the drawing date. Records retained include: all entry data (name, email, entry method, timestamp), Stripe payment records verifying referred signups, the complete entry pool used for the drawing, documentation of the random drawing process, winner identity verification documents, IRS Form W-9 from winner, proof of prize payment (cashier's check copy), and Form 1099-MISC copy. A certified winners list will be made available to any person who requests it within 90 days of the drawing date by emailing info@kingdom-creatives.com with the subject line "Winners List Request."

Equal chance of winning: A purchase or payment does not increase an entrant's odds of winning. Free entry methods provide an equal opportunity to participate in the drawing. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. While participants may earn multiple entries through optional referral and sponsorship activities, each individual entry has an equal and independent chance of being selected. The drawing is random per entry, not per participant. The number of entries received does not alter the random nature of winner selection. No purchase necessary to enter or win.

Social media platform disclaimer: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), or any other social media platform. Liability release: By entering this contest, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Kingdom Creatives LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, injury, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this contest, the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, or any contest-related activity, including online or offline. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address used at time of entry.

State exclusion — entry-level enforcement: Residents of New York and Florida are ineligible and will be blocked from contest entry at the point of registration. Any entry submitted by a resident of New York or Florida — regardless of whether a state exclusion was disclosed or acknowledged — is void and will be removed from the entry pool prior to the drawing. If a selected winner is determined to be a resident of New York or Florida, that selection is void and an alternate drawing will be conducted. Kingdom Creatives LLC reserves the right to request proof of state residency from any entrant or winner.
