Does this apply to the Lifetime plan? ▼
Yes. The 30-day guarantee applies to all paid plans including the Lifetime plan. If you purchase Lifetime and change your mind within 30 days, you'll receive a full refund.
What if I forget and it's day 31? ▼
We're strict about the 30-day window to keep things fair, but email us anyway. We're reasonable people. If something unusual happened, we'll consider it on a case-by-case basis.
Do I have to prove I actually used the app? ▼
No. We trust you. We don't require screenshots, activity logs, or any proof of use. Just email us and we'll process the refund.
Can I get a refund on a renewal charge? ▼
The guarantee applies to your first billing period only. Renewal charges are not covered. To avoid being renewed, cancel before your billing date in your account settings or by emailing us.
How do I cancel so I don't get charged again? ▼
Sign in → go to Account → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Or email info@kingdom-creatives.com and we'll cancel it for you immediately. No retention tactics, no "are you sure" loops.
What happens to my data after I cancel? ▼
Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you decide to resubscribe. After 30 days it is permanently deleted. See our
